Manor House
Built in the early 1900’s, this self-catering sandstone manor house is tucked away in the slopes of the hilly terrain and boasts with panoramic views of the valley. With crackling fireplaces to keep out the winter chill, a billiard room, bar, a large outside lapa and a Free State farm style kitchen, the Manor House and four additional units on the erf (each with an en-suite bathroom) can accommodate up to 26 people sharing. The facility will be cleaned daily from 8 am to 1pm and from 8am to 10am on Sundays for a quick clean.
Terms & Conditions
- Damage to or loss of Sardaville property will be deducted from a refundable breakage fee of R 1500.
- Bookings are made by completing the booking form.
- A booking confirmation fee of R 3500-00 is required to confirm your booking. (includes a breakage fee of R1500)
- Accommodation must be paid in full one week prior to arrival.
- Check in from 14:00. Check out by 10:00

Thereafter R 450 per person per night
Children 3-12 years – R 350 per child per night
Hunting fee: R 600 per hunter per day
