Manor House
Built in the early 1900’s, this self-catering sandstone manor house is tucked away in the slopes of the hilly terrain and boasts with panoramic views of the valley. With 5 crackling fire places to keep out the winter chill, a billiard room, bar, a large outside lapa and a truly Free State farm style kitchen, the manor house can accommodate up to 16 people sharing.
Scattered around the house are two additional units and a rondawel that combined, can accommodate another 14 people. These rooms each have an en-suite bathroom.

The facility will be cleaned daily from 8 am to 1pm and from 8am to 10am on Sundays for a quick clean. A tip box is provided for rewarding the help and hunting guides at own discretion. No tips are to be handed to personnel directly.
Terms & Conditions
- Damage to or loss of Sardaville property will be deducted from a refundable breakage fee of R 1500.
- Bookings are made by completing the booking form.
- A booking confirmation fee of R 3500-00 is required to confirm your booking. (includes a breakage fee of R1500)
- Accommodation must be paid in full one week prior to arrival.
- Please confirm your arrival and departure times.
Tariffs (valid from 01 March 2024 to 28 February 2025)
High Season Tariffs (hunting season 15 March – 31 August, school holidays & long weekends)
R 2900 per night up to 6 (Minimum charge for manor house)
Thereafter R 320 per person per night
Children 3-12 years – R 220 per child per night
Hunting fee: R 400 per hunter per day
